Kathy and her daughter, Kari Smith's, first show dog was a Siberian Husky. Their biggest success with Siberian Huskies came in the early 1990s with their Best In Specialty Show, multiple Group winning, top ten ranked Champion KisNTel's I See A Rainbow. Three of her grandsons earned a Champion(CH) and two earned Companion Dog (CD) titles and all three have their Rally Novice(RN) obedience titles and one has earned his Rally Advanced (RA) title. The two with CDs were also Specialty High In Trial winners. There are currently two Siberians in Kathy's home.

In 1999 we added a Cardigan Welsh Corgi to the line-up and now we have 6 in residence. Our Cardigans have earned numerous AKC Championships, AKC Obedience and Rally Obedience titles (CD and RN) and multiple TDAA agility titles. Our eldest Cardigan is herding instinct certified. He also was the Highest Scoring Champion of Record at both of the 2002 National Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of America National Specialty Obedience Trials. Our dogs earn their Canine Good Citizens and AKC Puppy Star Certifications. We have produced five litters of Cardigans, and in each litter - we have had pups earn Championship points. In 2008 we got our first Bred By Exhibitor AKC Champion. We are also proud that the 2009 CWCCA
Nationals - our 3 show prospect Cardigan babies all earned placements in large classes - at barely 6 months of age! (News Flash - 2012 one of our dogs won Bred-by Exhibitor Best of Breed at the Annual Eukanuba Dog Show held in Orlando, FL)

In 2003 we added our third breed, the Pointer, to our family. All of our Pointers earned their Championships within their first year of showing. We are extremely proud that all our chosen breeds have earned placements at their respective National Specialty show in Conformation and Obedience

Kari is the active one in conformation and now a Professional Dog Handler while Kathy has taken over the reins in the performance events. She has started competing in agility and is training several of their dogs in that venue along with obedience. Both of these ladies work hard promoting the sport of dogs.

For the last several years, both have been teaching other people the sport of showing their dogs through our involvement with local area clubs. This facility is a dream of Kathy's. We hope to show dog lovers all the different activities they can enjoy with their pampered family members. Dogs love attention from their owners and there is a sport that can suit everyone – let us help you discover your sport!
